From Farm to Flavor: The Journey of SOTZ’s Habanero Hot Sauce

 

Have you ever wondered about the journey that a bottle of Habanero hot sauce in your hands has undergone?

When SOTZ reaches you, it’s just the final act of a long and miraculous journey: from selecting fertile and nutrient-rich land, screening seeds, to planting, caring, and harvesting. From the very first bottles of hot sauce, we began collaborating with farms in Lam Dong to cultivate Habanero peppers according to our unique standards.

The mist-covered land at an altitude of 1,500 meters above sea level is the ideal place for cultivating Habanero peppers in Vietnam. This “golden altitude” yields fragrant, subtly tangy, and perfectly spicy Habanero peppers.

Here, we cultivate not only selected strains of Habanero peppers but also a grand dream: to introduce high-quality Vietnamese hot sauce to the world. We work closely with each farmer, overseeing the standards of the cultivation process; meticulous in seed planting, nurturing, and harvesting to deliver to our customers the freshest and most delicious bottles of Habanero hot sauce.
